Dr. Lucy Ogechi Efobi is a doctorate-prepared Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine with extensive experience in emergency medicine, infectious disease, occupational health, and public health. She is certified in HIV care, serves as a Department of Transportation Medical Examiner, and is a Certified Health Professional Educator.

Dr. Efobi holds an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana and a doctorate from Rutgers University, with advanced training in Health Professions Education from the Uniformed Services University. She has worked with both federal and local agencies, contributing to initiatives that strengthen healthcare delivery and promote community wellness.
